The Taylor floor plan offers three bedrooms and two full baths. This popular floor plan has an open concept design with an open dining room and a 8 foot flat top kitchen island with an option for Shaker style or traditional cabinet options. 

We offer various sizes with this plan ranging from 1411 to 1572 of heated square feet.

The master bedroom offers a sizable walk in closet and dual sink vanity in the master bath with a stand alone shower and garden tub.

The garage is finished and features 8 foot height garage doors to accommodate for larger vehicles.
