The cali brynn

The Cali Brynn is a newly designed floor plan that was created by tweaking the Cammie's Nook plan. 

This plan offers 1744 heated square footage and an open concept floor plan. 

Upon entering into the main living area, you are greeted with a custom built fireplace, wall of windows creating tons of natural lighting and large 8 foot flat, custom kitchen island. 

This is a split floor plan pushing the master bedroom to the back of the home. The master features a tray ceiling with a large master bathroom and closet. 

The garage is finished with an 8 foot height entrance which is suitable for larger vehicles.
