The Randy

The Randy floor plan offers 1390 heated square feet. This plan has three bedrooms and two full baths and offers a designated dining room.

This plan has the option for an open concept main living area as well as a dedicated, separated kitchen and living room. 

The master suite offers a tray ceiling and double doors leading into the master vanity area. With dual sinks and combination garden tub and shower, this area is separated from the vanity. The walk in closet with an added bonus on this plan.

The garage is finished, has an optional pedestrian door off of the back of the house and has an 8 foot garage door to accommodate for larger vehicles.
